Vintage Baby Boo doll by Deluxe Reading Corporation, dating to approximately 1965. A classic mid-century battery-operated baby doll, highly sought after by vintage toy and doll collectors.
This doll features the original electronic sound design, including a speaker grille on the abdomen and chest contact typical of the Baby Boo model. She has blue sleep eyes, rooted blonde hair, chubby baby features, and a soft vinyl body with articulated arms and legs. The doll is approximately 21 inches tall and comes dressed in a vintage knit sweater and cap (believed to be period appropriate; originality unknown). White slip is included but has holes.
